Terms of Service

Last updated: June 9, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Agentizer, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) for the use of Dolfer (the “app”). By downloading, installing, or using Dolfer, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Dolfer.

1. Your license

When you buy Dolfer, you're buying a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software — you don't own the software itself. Your license covers a set number of devices:

  • Solo — 1 device
  • Duo — 2 devices
  • Trio — 3 devices

A license is counted per device — a Mac and a PC are separate devices. You can deactivate Dolfer on one machine to free a seat and activate it on another; the same machine can re-activate without using an extra seat.

2. Free trial

Dolfer includes a free 7-day trial so you can fully evaluate it before buying.

3. Payment and refunds

We want you to be happy with Dolfer. There's a free 7-day trial so you can evaluate it fully before buying, so we don't run a blanket refund policy — but if it isn't working out or your situation warrants it, email support@dolfer.app and we'll work it out with you, case by case. Where applicable law gives you a mandatory refund or withdrawal right, that always applies. Payments are processed by Stripe.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key; reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the licensing system; or use Dolfer to violate the law or anyone's rights.

5. Your files, backups, and “as is”

Dolfer moves, renames, copies, converts, and deletes files based on rules you create. It includes a dry-run preview and an undo, and deletions go to a reversible trash — but you remain responsible for your own backups. Dolfer is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any data loss, or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

6. Updates

We may release updates that add, change, or remove features, and the app may check for and install updates.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate a license that violates these terms — for example, sharing a license key or tampering with the licensing system.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of Dolfer means you accept the updated terms.
